Speaker Cabinets and Covers

Like our amplifiers these cabinets are solid wood (no composites or plywood’s used) and are covered in durable tolex coverings. Our 112 and 212 cabinets use the same sized shell, and are available in open, closed or convertible back styles. The interior surfaces are treated with sound insulating material to control cabinet resonance.

Fuchs® Audio Technology combo amps and cabinets are now shipping standard with the new Eminence Red, White and Blues 12” guitar driver. 1x10 and 2x10 combos use Eminence “Ramrod” speakers.

The Fuchs®/Eminence FAT-S1 is still available at a slight upcharge. Contact your dealer for pricing.

MINI 112

The newest member of our speaker cabinet family, The Fuchs Mini-112 was designed to meet the needs of today's modern guitarist. The Mini-112 was designed to provide the sound of larger enclosures despite it's diminutive size. It's solid construction, internal acoustic treatment, and ported rear panel provides a full warm tone for any application.

It's truly a great "grab and go" cabinet. Combined with our ODS, Train-45, Lucky-7 or Blackjack heads, it forms a rig about the same size as a Fuchs 112 combo, but much easier to fit into a small car trunk or back seat, and can be much easier to carry around than a combo rig with similar features.

A pair of Mini-112's fit nicely under a TDS head, producing a 212 rig that's easy to transport, and also permits the speakers to be angled outward for a wider sound stage. A number of our customers are using a pair of Mini-112's as stereo effects speakers in "wet-dry-wet" rigs. Coupled with a small stereo power amp and a rack mount processor, this can produce a seriously huge tone!

The mini-112 also makes a great monitor speaker for guitarists who'd like the speaker to face them or to allow a drummer or musicians on the other side of a stage hear them clearly.

2. Tune the Amp to Your Specs

By popular request, we are now making an update for the ODS and TDS amps available as a retrofit! The ODS upgrade includes a new motherboard with the post overdrive HRM tone stack, and all upgrades to current specs. Separate bass, middle and treble controls for the overdrive to tune to perfection. The TDS upgrade includes a new motherboard with the HRM stack and a new Crunch card (required) as well. Get both HRM and all the newest circuit refinements our amps ship with now! Includes the HRM access hatch (on the top of the amp, see photo 1) to allow you to tune the amp to your specs (see photo 2), without opening it up! No other HRM style amp has this feature.

Your amp will be cleaned, re-biased, and tested to specs while it’s here. Recertification of warranty on used amps is also available at extra cost. All work must be scheduled, and you must obtain an RMA to send the amp here. The work usually takes less than one week to complete.

Plush Cabinets

Plush introduces the Plush 112-P Speaker cabinet. Just slightly larger than the Fuchs Mini-112, the Plush 112-P cabinet features audiophile grade 7 ply birch construction, closed back and ported front design for extended deep, tight, controlled bass response. In addition to premium quality hardware, it also features a heavily-braced interior. The cabinet is treated internally with an acoustic treatment, to minimize unwanted resonances, and reduce internal reflections. The cabinet comes stock with the Eminence Red, White and Blues speakers, but can also be ordered with upgraded drivers including EV and Celestion drivers.

The 4-way Artist (as shown) is Overdrive, Mid Boost, Gain Boost, and Reverb.  $495 list including 20 foot CAT-5 style cable.
